Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Milpitas, CA. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and deliver therapy sessions to students with speech-language goals within a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
• Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions.
• Accurately track and document progress with attention to detail.
