Job summary

Soliant Health in California seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year on a full-time contract in a dynamic K-12 district. You will work with a diverse caseload, evaluate and treat communication disorders, and collaborate with educators and specialists.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
  • Valid SLP license for California or eligibility to obtain.
  • Open to CCC-SLP or CFY.
  • Experience with K-12 students in school settings desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in K-12.
  • Develop and implement IEPs aligned with each student’s goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student achievement.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
  • Attend meetings, provide progress updates, and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Offer guidance, resources, and in-class support as needed.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license for California, or eligibility to obtain
  • Open to ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) holders, as well as strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Experience with K-12 students in school settings desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and flexible in supporting students of varying abilities
