Job summary

WellCare/Nurture in Colorado Springs seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for in-home pediatric therapy. The role offers pay-per-visit or salary models with a sliding scale, plus paid admin time and support staff for scheduling, documentation, and coordination with ABA/OT/ST teams.

You will evaluate, treat, and document patient plans; collaborate with families; and participate in ongoing professional development and supervision. Colorado SLP licensure is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification current or in process.
• Colorado DORA SLP license current or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient strengths and weaknesses across speech, swallowing, and communication.
• Develops, documents, implements and re-evaluates the patient’s Plan of Care.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records on all patients.
• Instructs, educates, and counsels other health team personnel and family members.
