You will deliver personalized therapy plans and work with educators, healthcare providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires a Master’s degree in SLP, Missouri licensure, CCC-SLP, and experience with assessments and therapy.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Missouri.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Experience conducting speech and language assessments and providing therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and treatment methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to patients across various age groups, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress and generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
• Advocate for patients’ communication needs and provide education to caregivers and community members.
