Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities across diverse settings. You will design and implement individualized rehab plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient and family education to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or ASHA-acceptable area.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow and remediate disorders or deficits by designing and delivering rehab plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehab services and monitor patient progress.
• Work with patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients when needed to ensure continuum of care.
• Educate patients and families to reinforce skills for ongoing communication.
