Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Speech Language Pathologist License is required.
• Valid license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
• Provides instruction to patients and families through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
• Collaborates with internal and external team members, patients, and families to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintains productive daily operations and selects appropriate assessment procedures.
• Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
