Job summary

The Springs Of Mooresville is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions aligned with professional standards.

Requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology; CCC-SLP certification is preferred or required; CPR certification preferred. Experience ranges 0–1 years.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licenses and Certifications: CCC-SLP preferred or required; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings and goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities including articulation, language, voice, and fluency.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
