The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY completion, MD-DC-VA licensure where required, BLS, and ASHA CCC. Be part of a system recognized for health and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• CFY completion.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland, District of Columbia, and/or Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of patient history, performance of assessments, and documentation of results.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient needs; consults with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and documents patient care activities clearly and timely.
• Manages scheduling efficiently and maintains productivity while ensuring patient access to care.
• Supports continuing education, serves as a clinical instructor, and mentors students and staff.
