Qualifications

• Current VT State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in family conferences and education sessions to promote patient understanding and engagement.
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the facility and regulatory agencies.
