Sidekick Therapy Partners is seeking licensed and academically prepared speech-language pathologists to join our pediatric team in Mississippi. We support CF-SLPs, CCC-SLPs, and SLP Assistants with mentorship, collaborative supervision, and resources to deliver coaching-based therapy to families in their homes and schools.

CF-SLPs: Must be on track to earn a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for North Carolina licensure.
SLP Assistants: Must Maintain active registration with the NC Board and work under the discretion and supervision of their Board approved supervising SLP.
All therapists: must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.

The ability to implement therapy using a coaching model approach with parent education is critical to the success of therapy outcomes. We work with families in their natural environments, coaching parents and caregivers with strategies to implement during routines.
Therapy Tree therapists should possess a desire to work with children and families. Pediatrics is a field that requires compassion and commitment.
Ability to work independently, while appreciating the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team of therapists.
