Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children in the Troy, NY and Albany, NY areas with 30-minute sessions conducted in family homes. You’ll be compensated for 60 minutes of work for each 30-minute session.

Responsibilities include delivering in-person SLP services, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and schools. Flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends) and contract through 2027 available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New York Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Must hold the TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) certification.
• Experience in school settings or with children preferred.

Speech Language Pathologist

Compensation Range: $54/hour – $62/hour

Location: Troy, NY & Albany, NY

Position Summary

A Speech Language Pathologist is needed to support children who are in the Troy, NY area through 30 minute sessions conducted in the family homes. The SLP would be compensated for 60 minutes of work for these 30 minute sessions. Each of the students are elementary school aged. Responsibilities

Schedule / Shift:

• Shift details: 30 minutes each – Flexible (can be evening or weekends)
• Hours per week: 8hours per week
• Contract length: October 26, 2026 to June 25, 2027

Key Duties

• Deliver in-person SLPservices, focusing on supporting and empowering students who have been in the home and have been unable to attend school in-person.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

Licenses & Certifications

• Must hold an active New York Speech Language Pathologist license
• Must hold the TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) certification

Experience

• Previous experience in school settings or working with children is preferred.
