You will provide clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy to residents and patients, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and therapists to maximize communication outcomes.

The role requires a master's degree in speech-language pathology, a current SLP license in TN, and ASHA CCC certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by ASHA (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to residents/patients and monitor progress towards communication goals.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
