Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Therapy Services team. The role requires licensure in the state of practice and an ASHA-accredited degree, with credentialing support for foreign-trained candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited school; foreign-trained graduates must have a credential evaluation confirming substantial equivalence to U.S. entry-level education in Speech Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and treatments per policy and individualized care plans.
• Complete all documentation and records timely and accurately.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Identify priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings on schedule.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
