Pendant Health and Rehabilitation in Lakewood, CO seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients with communication and swallowing needs, while aligning with regulatory and clinical standards.

We welcome SLPs at all experience levels and provide strong orientation, ongoing training, and support as we grow with our Colorado expansion.

Qualifications

• SLP license required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Provide rehabilitative therapy to meet regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver evidence-based speech-language pathology interventions.
• Develop discharge summaries and coordinate with care teams.
