Job summary

Parker Unified School District 27 Exceptional Student Services is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic and intervention services for students with speech, language and hearing disorders, enabling access to the general education curriculum.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing IEPs, complying with Medicaid requirements, and collaborating with parents and school staff within the district framework.

Qualifications

• Certification required for teaching positions and highly qualified status per federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, screen, and evaluate students and share results with parents and staff.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with Speech/Language impairment.
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services.
• Maintain confidential student records in accordance with FERPA.
