Restore Therapy Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at Legacy of Pleasant Grove. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, setting measurable goals, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring privacy and quality care.

Active CPR certification (AHA) is required for outpatient positions. Proficiency with computer systems and accurate progress documentation are essential to support patient outcomes and therapy progress.

• Write clear, realistic, measurable goals specific to the individual patient needs.
• Treat patients with respect, dignity, and privacy.
• Motivate patients to participate in therapy treatment.
• Use creative therapy interventions specific to the patients’ interests and needs to obtain positive patient outcomes and progress.
• Participate as an interdisciplinary team member to determine potential patient needs and plan of care.
• Accurately complete documentation of qualitative and quantitative data of patient progress within designated time period.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize the computer system effectively, adhering to company policy.
