Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help improve the lives of children through school-based speech therapy.

You will evaluate, assess, and report on communication, fluency, language, and oral motor skills, developing plans tailored to each student’s IEP/504 goals while benefiting from a robust mentorship program and strong support resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
• ASHA certification is required.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required or facilitated by PDS.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to students.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in speech, language, fluency, and oral motor skills.
• Develop and implement individualized plans aligned with IEPs/504 plans to support student communication goals.

Every state requires all Speech Language Pathologists to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!
