Job summary

Natick Public Schools is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide screening, assessment, and therapy services districtwide. The role involves collaboration with the school team, families, and outside agencies to support students’ speech and language development.

The incumbent will administer assessments, plan therapy, and monitor progress, ensuring alignment with IEP/SE plans and district guidelines. Strong communication, organization, and ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice in education.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret informal and formal assessments to diagnose and prescribe speech and language services.
• Provide screening and therapy services for eligible students and coordinate with Seamless Services or Special Education Plans.
• Collaborate with staff and parents in 504 and Special Education meetings to support student needs.
