Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide individualized speech and language support in school districts. Roles are onsite, full- or part-time, with immediate interviews and built-in school holidays.

You will evaluate disorders, develop IEP-driven plans, and deliver therapy to students while collaborating closely with educators, parents, and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and MI licensure or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children and IEP processes.

We are seeking full- or part-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work with our district partners this school year! In this role, you will provide individualized speech and language support to help students achieve their communication goals. Immediate interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in the state of MI (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
• Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
• Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success
