Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC in Juneau, Alaska is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role helping patients enhance communication and swallowing across inpatient, outpatient, home visits, and community clinics.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, is CFY-eligible or CCC-SLP, holds Alaska licensure, and has pediatric experience. Travel to remote locations by boat or small plane may be required; benefits include paid time off and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and CCC-SLP or obtain CCC-SLP within the first year of employment.
• Active Alaska State License in Speech-Language Pathology is required to start the position.
• Pediatric SLP experience in hospital or inpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with pediatric assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Ability to work across settings including inpatient, outpatient, home visits, and community clinics.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to remote locations by boat or small plane for multiple days.
• BLS Certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Continuing education funds for professional development.

We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or incumbent must obtain CCC-SLP within the first year of employment and maintain certification throughout employment
• Active Alaska State License in Speech-Language Pathology is required to start the position
• Experience providing pediatric SLP services in hospital or inpatient settings preferred
• Experience with pediatric assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders
