Job description

The Vermilion Association for Special Education is seeking full or part‑time speech‑language pathologists to fill open positions in rural districts in Vermilion County for the upcoming 2026‑2027 school year. These positions do not require travel and serve preschool‑aged students through high school. The cooperative employs three speech‑language pathologists, so collaboration is consistent and convenient. Professional development opportunities within and outside of the cooperative are provided at no cost to the employees.

A $2,000 yearly stipend is awarded to speech‑language pathologists holding their ASHA‑CCCs. SLPs are placed at the MS+45 level on the salary schedule—no less than $49,614. $3,000 sign‑on bonus.
