Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC in Windsor, CT seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and ensure all documentation and physician orders are current and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
