Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting in New Jersey. You will assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team.

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
