Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Newton, NJ is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
