Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist - FT to join our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. Must be licensed to apply and prepared to work in a long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
