Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The position offers competitive hourly pay of $42–$52, plus comprehensive benefits and immigration support for eligible candidates.

Applicants must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license, with strong communication and organizational skills. Employment type is Full-Time in Mercer County, NJ.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

Education
