Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will provide evaluation and treatment for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized care plans with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
