Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will evaluate, treat, and document speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders while developing personalized care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
