Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Florida state licensure.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient in medical documentation.
• Ability to write evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team for patient-centered care.
• Strong patient service skills and clinical excellence.
• Punctual and professional adherence to schedule.
• Compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans.
• Set realistic goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Document and record patient condition and progress.
• Educate patients and families in therapy approaches.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best care.
