Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver SLP services to patients across care communities, following our standards for high-quality care and compliant documentation.

You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and coordinate with facility staff to support patient outcomes. A Master’s in SLP and a valid state license are required, with opportunities for growth and leadership within the program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) is required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to patients per standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s guidelines.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning.
• Maintain state license and stay informed on regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality care and documentation.
