• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements; ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
