Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours.
• Develop and treat effective treatment plans for patients.
• Communicate patient progress and plans to care team members.
• Record and document evaluations, treatment notes, and billing.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences.
