Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with communication difficulties, developing treatment plans, and maintaining professional documentation. You will play a crucial role in interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring exemplary rehabilitative care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
• Certified by American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Communicate with healthcare team about patient’s progress.
• Participate in care conference and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Record evaluations and treatment notes.
• Act as a clinical supervisor for graduate clinicians.
