Millennium Therapy in Cresco, IA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing and hospital settings team. You will assess, plan care, provide direct treatment, and consult with a general rehab caseload.

We value patient-tailored care, flexible scheduling, and strong communication. Licensure in the state, MS in SLP, and clinical experience are preferred; we support professional development and collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology and state licensure in the hire state.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Utilizes effective time management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
• Participates in the clinical team process.
• Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
• Involvement in clinical program development.
• Supervises other licensed speech therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required.
