Quality Talent Group is partnering with a leading therapy organization to recruit a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time position supports patients across skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, offering a collaborative environment and strong clinical mentorship.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders, develop individualized care plans, and document in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
