Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct and indirect therapy to help clients improve communication.

We collaborate with families and educators, maintain manageable caseloads, and offer a 1099 contract with full or part-time options and pay ranging from $80 to $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience with a variety of speech and language disorders.
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to clients, helping them improve their communication skills
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support clients' therapy goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
