Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based clinical techniques and to educate families on personalized treatment plans. The role emphasizes documentation of progress and adherence to quality improvement standards to ensure seamless discharge from therapy services and coordination with community support services.

BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or transfer date.
Florida-Board licensed Speech-Language Pathologist required within 12 months of hire date (or provisional until issue).

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based clinical techniques.
Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans.
Document clinical progress and uphold quality improvement standards.
Facilitate seamless discharge from speech therapy services and coordinate community support.
