Qualifications

• IL Professional Educator License with Speech Language Pathology endorsement (registered in Lake County).
• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology required.
• SLP certified staff responsible for evaluations, IEPs and direct therapy.

Responsibilities

• Screen students referred by teachers/parents.
• Conduct speech/language evaluations and determine eligibility.
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy and RTI support as needed.
• Schedule remediation for students and monitor progress.
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and district staff.
• Maintain records per IDEA/State regulations.
