Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements communication and/or swallow treatment programs according to physician referral and plan of care.
• Plans and organizes work to enhance patient care and departmental outcomes.
• Promotes professional customer service and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Provides documentation including patient care charting, charge entry, peer reviews, and daily scheduling.
• Utilizes information systems to support hospital goals and communications.
