Ardent Health Services in Pocatello, ID is seeking a day shift, full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our clinical team and support patient care. The role includes comprehensive evaluations, Plan of Care development and implementation, documentation, and education for patients, families, and caregivers, working closely with Portneuf Medical Center and related teams.

This position requires leadership in therapy planning, adherence to ASHA standards, and timely communication with the care

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech/Language or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency by ASHA (CCC-SLP) or CFY in progress toward CCC-SLP.
• Current Idaho SLP license or provisional licensure.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Preferred: at least one year of prior experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop a Plan of Care.
• Provide evaluation, treatment, consultation, and education to patients and caregivers.
• Implement the Plan of Care and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
