Baptist Health Princeton Hospital seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders across ages and varying acuity, as part of a collaborative care team. This role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, adherence to policies, accurate documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech/language pathology from an approved program.
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) may apply.
• Current Alabama license or provisional license acceptable.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence or active CFY requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients across ages for speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans with specific goals.
• Ensures accurate documentation and billing; adheres to departmental policies.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintains safety and competency with equipment and procedures.
