Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, GA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist. You will provide speech-language pathology services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain thorough documentation in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Georgia licensure, with preference for SNF rehabilitation experience. This is a part-time, on-site position offering a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Georgia license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Prefer two years of experience in skilled nursing facility rehabilitation.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to a positive team environment and supports Rehabilitation Services.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for case management.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge through seminars and journals.
• Delivers safe, high-quality patient care and timely documentation.
• Participates in committees and project work as needed.
