Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completion.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in MD, DC, and/or VA as deemed necessary for your location.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of patient history and specific assessments, and documents results and recommendations.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation results and patient presentation; collaborates with other healthcare professionals.
• Completes discharge planning and documents care, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Manages schedule and productivity while ensuring patient access to care with empathy.
• Mentors and supports staff, students, and volunteers as needed.

Education

CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)

MD/DC/VA licensure as needed
