Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21). Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs. Instruct and counsel patients and families. Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Caseload-based pay with flexible scheduling. Full-time is 20 weekly visits (30 minutes each) with no cap; per-visits rates vary by experience, skills, and tenure. Annual Income: $67,600 - $110,000+ (based on average full-time caseload volumes) Paid Training Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for full-time, $1,000 for part-time Relocation Bonus: $10,000 Annual Merit Increases
Active Colorado Provisional Speech Language Pathology License Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program Pediatric experience is great but not required BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person) Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
