Healing Haven LLC in Madison Heights seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinical Fellow or Licensed) for part-time or full-time roles. The clinic offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting supporting children with autism and their families, with a focus on communication, social development, and daily living skills.

The role includes 30-minute therapy sessions, documentation, and team collaboration, with a comprehensive compensation package including bonuses, insurance, and retirement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy.

Responsabilités

• Lead impactful and engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including assessments and timely progress re-evaluations.
• Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries by the 1st of each due month.
• Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and other professionals to create coordinated treatment plans.
• Participate in company training and professional development.
• Submit accurate timesheets in line with calendar deadlines.
• Prepare key reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) to drive client care forward.
• Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Our team includes Speech- Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Occupational Therapists working together to support communication, social development, and daily living skills.

Our Madison Heights campus includes four specialized clinics designed to serve children and young adults at every stage of life. We believe in treating the family as a whole, often incorporating siblings and parents into therapy. Our services include speech therapy, ABA therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and a 3- month parent training clinic.

Responsibilities

Requirements
