Job summary

Quantum Resource Professionals is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist/Clinical Fellow for the 24-25 school year in Missouri, serving Kansas City. The role involves evaluating and treating students with speech, language and swallowing concerns, coordinating with school teams and families.

New grads are welcome to apply. The position offers pay of $44-$51 per hour (W2), a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for full-time therapists, plus paid drive time, mileage reimbursement beyond 30

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist/Clinical Fellow

Pay range: $44-$51/ hourly (W2 positions)

We are seeking speech pathologists to join our team for the 24-25 school year! Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time therapists.

In this role, you will engage with students and passionate teammates.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Provide therapy to qualifying students (tell us your favorite age groups, and we'll work to align you with these buildings!)
• Prepare reports and attend meetings (e.g., evaluation/progress reports, IEP meetings, case management meetings)
• Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals
• Work collaboratively with professionals in many other disciplines

Requirements:

• M.S./M.A. in Communication Sciences/Disorders - Speech Pathology
