Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) invites new graduate Speech-Language Pathologists to begin a Clinical Fellowship Year with strong clinical support and mentorship. We provide CCC-SLP guidance to help you achieve your CCC and grow confidence in patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for geriatric populations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallow function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
