Speech Language Pathologist/CFY position at Meraki Rehab Partners. Position will be in the Alcott Rehabilitation Center in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation.
• Ensures patient care follows the organization’s guidelines, professional standards and community needs, and is in compliance with Federal and State guidelines.
• Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, to all internal and external customers.
• Ensures cross-disciplinary coordination to provide for consistent patient care.
• Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines.
• CPR Certification.
• 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) students will be considered.
