Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. invites Speech-Language Pathologists (CF) to join our compassionate team across California. We offer full-time, part-time, per diem shifts and travel opportunities in post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

As an SLP, you will provide therapy, evaluate and implement personalized plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Documentation and progress notes are essential to our care approach.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license or CF
• Experience in rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech therapy across post-acute, outpatient, and clinic settings
• Evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
