Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)

Physical Requirements

• Exerting medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly
• Performing CPR
• Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility
• Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities
• Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model
• Wearing PPE when required
